Happy Friday. Just a reminder of a few things:

- ADHD is a disability, but it’s not the end of the world
- give yourself a break. Your brain needs it more than you realize
- medication is not a cure-all treatment. Medication + diet + exercise + self-organization is the key.
- ADHD causes us to feel emotions stronger than the average person.
- failure is inevitable, but so is success. Act accordingly, and be kind and fair to yourself
- life is hard, but that’s… wait, what was I saying? 😂😎❤️

here's my prediction.

If Biden wins, the media will begin to message the following;

-The worst COVID risks and outcomes are to people with identifiable risk factors such as obesity and diabetes.

-Most other people who catch it will experience a bad flu.

-Many other people who catch it won't even know they have it.

-It's not commonly transmitted by touching objects and person to person transmittal is low risk except in close contact.

The media will then message that we should;

Hi All! During this pandemic, how are your orgs approaching employee health screenings and symptom tracking?

Work wants us to get vaccinated and return to office, but I’m an Asian woman and anti-Asian hate makes it unsafe for me to commute. I live in NYC and have to walk and take the train to work. How do I ask for a reasonable accommodation to continue WFH when everyone else starts returning to the office? How do I communicate to my boss that it’s not that I don’t feel safe, but I actually am not safe? Or should I go the PTSD route for the reasonable accommodation, given I probably have it?

I’ve had insurance on my six pets for the last four years, but my younger three, outside of yearly shots (which only goes to the deductible), haven’t had any visits (knock on wood) in the last two. Has anyone experienced not having the exact knowledge/skills, yet was hired for the role?

People who had Covid/suspected omnicron in the past month, what have been your symptoms timeline? I think I have it but this is like the “least sick” sick I’ve ever felt. I think I’m on day 6 and I just get VERY mild chills, body aches, fever, and a sore throat/cough. But like I’ll feel this for a little in the morning, then take vitamin C and ibuprofen throughout the day, and then again at night the mild symptoms develop again. Just wondering how much longer I should expect to have symptoms
