Happy Friday y’all! I’m back to cutting out the meaningless clutter in my life, the people who don’t deserve a place in it, and focusing on all the amazing things, people and love I actually have. I’m done, I’m moving on, and I’m making it shine.

Hope you all do the same.

If I’m not priority number 1, 2, 3… no reason you should be.

Have a great day. Moving on is tough, but it’s the right thing to do. And over time, less tough that being around things that ain’t worth it.

Wish me luck.

Food for thought: the US is actually one of the most racially conscious places I’ve ever lived. Not saying we don’t have a LONG way to go and that there isn’t immediate important work needed.
But the amount of allies this movement has is incredible. Keep in mind this is just my experience and may not represent others- however, in many of the other places I’ve lived or traveled to, racism is almost tacitly accepted. You wouldn’t have people calling out taxi drivers for ignorance for example

Wanted to know how different is management consulting in the US via-a-vis India?

Background : working as front end consultant in India. Daily routine is opening laptop at 9AM and doing work till 10ish PM, if the project is tight (which it is in majority cases) closing laptop by 1 or 2 am. Travel depends on project. Sr Managers have no sense of personal space in most companies. Money is goood.
