We shouldn't judge people by when their families immigrated to USA.

Desi folks on visa, my company is preparing to file for perm to start GC process. I have over 11 years of work ex and have an approved I140 from previous company. This company’s immigration firm is asking for a VERY specific work experience letter from previous employers.
