ZS Associates Hello folks, I am a permanent employee of Persistent. I am deputed at the client side. My client is an ZS associate. Recently I have resigned from persistent. But ZS is very happy with my work. They don't want me to go. My ZS manager has asked the persis manager to retain me OR remove the cooling period clause, ZS is ready to hire me as a permanent employee. I will be very happy is ZS takes me as Permanent employee. Find the posting for the Sr. Brand Partnership Manager and see if your duties align with what was hired. If so, have that conversation with proof of your contributions for the majority of the points outlined in the job rec. If they don't, find a Sr. Brand Manager job rec on the market and do the same thing. Once done, go to your manager and layout the evidence and the requirements, ask for a title change and additional compensation. If they say no, start looking for a new job (if that's what you want to do) as it's unlikely that they will promote you in general.
If you get a new job, you can use it as leverage to get a pay raise, or you have a new job. Win win! :D
