Just came out a few weeks ago
Congrats EY2! I was 28 when I came out as well.
22 to myself. 23 to a friend for the first time. 29 to Parents and sister.
Indian dude here.
22 to friends and haven’t told my parents yet...Asian female with pretty conservative family background...
17 to myself and peers, TBD to my family
24! I was 22 before I knew I was gay 🤷🏻♀️ 27 now, am selectively out at work
Process started at 37 with closest family members. Still ongoing a decade later with people I don’t know as well.
17 to myself, 18 to friends, 19 to family, always out at work. Just a boy from a rural Midwestern town here 💁🏻♂️

18 and a first year at UVA!
21. Out to everyone at once!
17 but never really needed to come out specifically to folks, except the one off truly oblivious folks. People assumed I was a queen and I let them... Saved me the trouble of coming out.
41 😂 My teenage daughter told me she is bi (I guessed) and I told her I am too. I never felt the need to be explicit about it before, but I’m glad I was direct with her.
22! Celebrating the first anniversary of my first queer date in a couple of weeks!

17 to family and close friends, didn’t really start living ‘out’ till I was 26
I never really needed to “come out”. I once tried to have a really awkward conversation with a friend and it was super apparent they already knew. Now I just am myself and people figure it out pretty quickly.
