I would like to create a schedule for all of my clients. Let’s say I have platinum, gold clients etc. What would be the best way for me to schedule a call for them based on their profile of gold or platinum? For example, I would start scheduling a call every month for my top clients, then a call every quarter for other categories… I need to track the data, and make sure employees are calling them… something that would alert my employees to call such clients. I know that Google often lowballs nowadays unless you can show a competing offer, preferably from another FAANG. I am in the middle of interviews at Google and a recruiter from Facebook reached out. Trying to decide if I should try and get an offer from them for leverage. Does anyone know whether Facebook will send over the offer in email form before I verbally accept? I know some companies refuse to put anything in writing unless you verbally accept.

Hi! Does anyone have any pet insurance recs? My dog is 3 yo, healthy, small chihuahua/Boston terrier mix. He’s had surgery on one of his legs and now has a plate in there that the doctors say might bother him when he gets older. But not an issue for the foreseeable future. I’m looking for insurance that’ll cover routine checkups, bloodwork, other basics as well as in case of emergencies—surgeries, etc. TYIA!

Please help. I adopted a 2 year old puppy with severe separation anxiety. Anytime I leave the apartment he barks and screams. I’m worried about disrupting my neighbors. I typically walk him for a full hour and give him the prescribed trazadone to chill him out. I also give him a treat as I’m leaving. How long will this take for him to chill out? It’s been two weeks and he is getting better but I’m worried I’m going to get a noise complaint
