Base - 100k
RSU - 120k/4yr
Bonus - 12.5% target
Sign on - 5k

For context, did over 100 cold job apps and maybe 15-20 hr screening calls over 3 months.

I joined JPMC last year mid. I was not give any hike last year as I was told that it’s been just few months since joining. I was given a bonus though (1.5 l)

Can you guide me with what % of hikes can one expect for highest rating? Also what’s the average hike % that usually jpmc offers? Also is bonus related to the hikes % or like 2x of last bonus something?
Would bringing in an offer before appraisal affect my hikes to get better?
