I’m in contract on a house and using my firm’s private banking relationship for my mortgage. If I lateral before I close on my house, will that interfere with my mortgage? Application has already been submitted to the bank and rate locked in, but I’m worried about having to find a new lender if I lateral before the bank actually lends the money.

Have contributed 19k to my 401k and maxed out IRA in the beginning of the year. Have been investing few k per month in my brokerage. Now that my 401k contributions will be almost 0- what should I keep on my watchlist in my brokerage to start positions in aside from vgt and vfiax which I already religiously invest in

Base salary is $220k and I’m contributing 10% to 401k. Pwc also contributes 6% to my wealth builder. So I’m savings 16%, currently 35k a year towards retirement.
Current balance is $150k and I’m 31. At 4% growth that’s $2.3m by retirement.

Hey! I just graduated college. I want to start investing, but wondering the best way to allocate my $85k salary, pay off my $27k student debt, save some money to live on my own (NYC), and build a strong investment portfolio.

My monthly paychecks will be around $5k. I want to allocate $2k a month to student loan debt for a year until paid off. My family will put 500 a month towards loans. How should I best allocate the remainder?

Apart from Fidelity, I'd like to point that SOFI Invest did not restrict any stock and was relatively stable today.

I don't actually use it that much, but interface is slick and it's very user friendly. The only thing though is that they don't have option trading.
