I have the option of staying on a tech project that I don't like for 4 months, or roll off early and try to get on an interesting strategy project that starts in a month. Should I take the risk?

Is there anything sadder than finding out your roll off date, which is supposed to be in 2 weeks, got pushed back by months? 😩💔

On the bench for the first time this year. It feels weird not to be packing for a week of travel right now.
