I'm currently the corporate controller at a small public company and I'd like to spend my career in PE-backed CFO roles.
I spent some time at MBB and in VC but I don't want to do IB or try to get into PE at this point. How do I get the right experience to be recruited for these roles in the future without IB or PE on my resume?

Got call from TCS HR & he asked my expected CTC & scheduled interview. After clearing both rounds, I got selected & got call from recruitment HR for further process. In discussion I told her that I already have EP id (used to login on TCS portal) & had got offer letter last time but did not join as TCS was not ready to renegotiate.
