Harissa Sweet Potato Latkes with Spiced Yogurt, Mint and Pomegranate: My version of latkes is certainly not traditional. Caramelized sweet potatoes are infused with spicy harissa, extra kick from Aleppo pepper and cardamom in the yogurt sauce topped with refreshing mint leaves and pomegranate arils. I’ve been at the same agency for 5 years, have had endless growth opportunities, love the people I work with and have been promoted regularly with salaries I’m happy with but something has felt off for awhile now. I can’t put my finger on what “it” is but I’m bored of the work, the office politics just annoy me and I roll my eyes on every email that comes though. I think everything is pushing me for a new change in my career but I’m also worried that the grass may not be greener. Advice?

What are the requirements for getting promoted from L6 to L7?
I am thinking of accepting an L6 offer hoping to make L7 in a couple of years (assuming I crush it). But I’m wondering since this is an IC role, I might not even be eligible for an L7 till I show ppl management at google.
