Returned to work after 11 months Maternity leave. Restructured team, middle management made redundant. Struggled with work life balance. Then COVID-19 happened, sent home to work. Had to take time off to look after child due to lockdown. Came back and was told I was underperforming (didn’t get on with new management). Expressed interest in moving to another team. Moved and was advised no change to job title and comp but significantly lower, earned more whilst on maternity leave! What do I do?

Bought a condo last may before covid for $250k, did small remodel about $3k-4K floors light fixtures etc.. comps in building are now selling for $290-300k. Should I sell and net profit about $10k after closings, or rent and wait for prices to raise even more?
