You know we have a massive COVID eminence portal up right..?
There is a COVID resource center on DNET. it has been featured in several of the emails and calls that have gone out lately. It is also prominently featured on the main DNET page.
I’m not sure what else you’re looking for.
We have an own sharepoint and lots of material about how EY reacts, how we (as managers) should interact with the team, how to discuss this with clients and also information material how clients are impacted and can react. Think they do quite well on providing information. Maybe check the Deloitte intranet, I‘d be surprised if the other Big4 don‘t do such things.
I was approaching this from a public branding perspective, but I understand that for consulting communication is often on a need to know basis.

Curious what other firms/managers/teams responses to COVID have been
I think ours has been pretty good.
We have an online portal as well with internal documents and we have pieces for clients.
Most important, we have been weekly or more frequent calls with the head of America’s where they tell us their plan, what they know, and what they don’t know. Shoutout to David Hanfland (head of Americas) for doing a nice job communicating.
Teams are given authority on how to organize their work from home efforts.
