If the clients speak to their creative directors , and the creative directors are able to understand the business problems and not be petulant about ideas the clients don’t like, then the AE etc can go away. That would leave the agency with the people who create the ideas, and strategy who comes up with a plan. Think of the money the agency would saveWhat do you think?

Not necessarily when you could run a deal, but where you really began to understand the basics of getting a deal from start to finish and generally could draft ancillary documents with little to no revision needed? If i have two or three offers and i have not decided which one to join and joining date is one month ahead. When the people from company call and ask about the status of joining what should we tell them. If i tell i will join but later if we didn't join it doesn't look good ?
