Is there project interview too for allocation in TCS?

Hi, everyone. I have an interview for a managerial consultant role at Accenture in a couple of days. Are there any tips that you can offer? Much appreciated in advance.

Can someone tell me what I should expect?

I thought I was meeting with an executive search person to discuss my background and what I’m looking for. She asked for my resume beforehand, normal. When we got on the call she said “I’m talking with you today about a Director of x role.” The next 45 minutes was intense interview, then 15 minutes of her saying she is putting my presentation together for the CEO (hiring manager) to review. And if he doesn’t like me she has other clients who would.

Anyone have any experience with the interview process at Enova, more specifically for an Account Manager position?

I completely dislike 30 minutes interviews. In past experiences, interviews that went for an hour or so, I always got the job. 30 minutes don’t give the opportunity for the interviewer to get to know you well. This happened recently as they kept going on and on, only for me to interrupt in the last 3 minutes to ask about compensation and benefits. Do interviewers assume everyone is fighting over to get the job? When do I get to ask questions to see if your company suits me ?

How long it takes to get the technical interview result?

Interviewed at Deloitte a week ago and haven’t heard back yet. Any idea how long it takes usually? Is it a bad sign I’ve heard nothing?

About to start my job search, what is a question you always ask in every interview?

Anyone from IQVIA? I just wanted to check something. I gave 2 rounds of interview and got selected. The HR asked for the documents for further process, I submitted them in the second last week of May. I still don't have any update on it. I called them thrice, Then I dropped an email to HR asking for an update, and the worst part is the HR neither replied to my email and when I tried calling yesterday, the HR deducted call. 🤷‍♂️ What should I do? They didn't release my offer letter too! 💁‍♂️

I worked at amazon as an associate for 2yearsband was disappointed with my carreer growth.
I got a suggestion from my friend to take up courses on devops.
Now , I have completed my course and pocess knowledge on some of the Devops tools and cloud(aws).
I have quit Amazon and actively searching for Devops engineer position, but unfortunately I' m not getting any calls or mails from recruiters even after applying in most of the job sites.
I m really confused and wanted suggestion/ reference.

I messed up and gave a target salary instead of range to a recruiter. She mentioned that she wanted the info to take back to hiring managers. I've already been through two round of interviews and my last one is just a mock client presentation otherwise I would try and say "after learning more about the role my range has changed". I don't think I can spin that now.

Can I clean this up in an email to her tactfully before she shares numbers with the team? If so, how? TY!

Spouse has an L1A which was recently renewed. She has an approved I-140 and her employer filed for an I-485 in the Oct bulletin . Her employer’s lawyers also filed for my I-485 as a dependent. I am otherwise on H1-B. We are expecting our I-485 EAD by April . Both of us need visa stamping on our passports . Can we travel back to India (home country) before receiving the EAD without hurting I-485 approval chances , assuming embassies start taking visa interview applications?
