Has anybody successfully waived the 6 month quarantine time for using sperm from a known donor? Seems like the American board of REs generally follow a 6 month quarantine (set by federal guideline, not explicit statute), but mine is asking the clinic director to waive it in our case... hoping it works so we don’t have a 6 month delay. Anyone been through this?

I'm in the UK and the seasonal depression is really starting to hit. I've had serious depression in the past and felt 'well' for the first time in a long time this year. I've had very few side effects so far (trouble sleeping) but I'm worried with this higher dosage I'll get more of the bad along with more of the good. Has anyone dealt with rough first trimester anxiety? Had a miscarriage and now four weeks pregnant again. I know there’s little to nothing I can do to control whether it happens again (likely part of the issue) but I don’t know how to get through the next four weeks before my first ultrasound.

We decided after the 4th round failed to go a different route and use sperm donation to rid us of the gene. During 2022, she went through 4 rounds of IUI and finally got one that stuck. She is now 14 weeks pregnant and due in April 😊

Quick question, I’m starting timed intercourse with medication. I received my ovidrel injextion 4 months ago. It’s been in the fridge. I’m anticipating a potential trigger today or tomorrow (measured today with one 17mm and one 18mm) waiting to hear back on my hormone levels.
