Hi! I have been working as a technical support engineer for the last 4 years but now i want to change my career to the data analytics field. I have also completed certification in data analytics by Google. Looking for job referrals so that I can make the switch.

I simply don’t want to move into Product Management. However after years in technology business consulting (quite non-tech though I do/know the talk well enough to fool most) what are my career options if not as a Product Manager? It seems like everyone is hiring for product 😒
Is an MBA the only solution to this unwanted career “progression”? Please help!

Has anyone completed the Google PM certification? If so, did you find it to be beneficial to your PM career path?
I’m looking to pivot from Finance to Proj Mgmt and currently working through the Google course in order to sit for the CAPM. My only PM experience comes from stepping in on accounts I manage, where there is no PM presence. That means, most of those tasks were related to the budget and scoping, not necessarily execution. Is this enough to land a PM role?

Leaving MBB was the best decision I ever made. I know many view it as a professional pinnacle, but it's not the end-all, be-all it's hyped up to be.

If you haven't been able to make it, try again if you'd like, but don't let MBB define your career. It's not worth it. Plenty of other amazing firms out there.
