Great for all primary residence real estate, wills, prenups, and speeding ticket. When you call - they send you a list of attorneys - very important to prescreen their websites/reviews

Thank you! I am using it for one of those things. How does reimbursement work?

You get a case number that you give to the law firm. They will get reimbursed directly. You just need to sign a form, but no out of pocket.

I got it a few years ago because I wanted to have a living will created, I’ve never actually had that done, but I have used it to get out of a bad speeding ticket and for real estate matters. It only costs like 7 bucks a pay period. The savings for those two things alone made it well worth it.

Are there any Partner firms that will not be requiring vaccination for employment? Family has history of genetic heart disease issues and several family members are experiencing adverse health complications following vaccination. Deloitte implemented mandatory vaccination requirement for return to office with no health exemption mention. Not here to debate the merits of the vaccine, solely interested in whether this is expected to be a de-facto Partner firm requirement across the board soon.

How tough is it to break into a FAANG PM role at mid-level if you have less prestigious experience? I have 10+ YOE in product, but some was at a tiny meh startup that fizzled out, some was in the digital wing of a large old healthcare org, and though my current role is GPM at a “name brand” tech company, it’s on the smaller side. Went to a good-but-not-Ivy school. What qualifications and experience are FAANG companies looking for when hiring mid-level PMs? Can I break in at mid-level from here?

I have an offer that would have me start on Jan 10, 2022. I want to be able to take some time off in between jobs so ideally would have the week of Christmas off until the start date. As far as health insurance goes, how long are you typically covered for after leaving a job? Is it just dependent on my coverage? Never been through this before so any help would be great!

First year associate at a v10 firm in a major market. I was a 3L hire into a specialized corporate group. I spent my summer associateship at a big law firm doing a combination of Lit and Corp, but was heavily leaning lit after my summer. I needed to change firms after my summer so I could move cities to be closer to family with health issues, which is why I accepted a corporate offer b/c no one was hiring for lit. Fast forward a few months and I’m miserable doing corp. work. I miss lit. (Cont.)
