Is it good to work in this account? Are they paying variable pay fully ?

I want to switch role as an AWS developer. But I have just learnt the things on my own in AWS. In interview I am asked questions based on real scenarios on which I am not having any experience.

Any suggestions? Even if I do hands on on services like Linux academy or quiklabs, it would not help.

I have not shown my first company's experience in resume as I don't have experience or relieving letter. Will it affect my background verification. As I have provided the UAN no. and other details on Infosys launchpad.

I have left Infosys in the month of July. Will I get the performance bonus for the April-June quarter in August?

Final settlement of salary has already been done. But I remember reading some policy that performance bonus will be paid with the regular payment cycle. Can someone confirm?
