How can you quantify all benefits, besides medical, dental and vision. My numbers say I would be taking around a $8k pay cut. I currently make $65/hr as a BA, but I do ALL the QA work, and even PM, they are offering me full time at $110k/year with “bonus of 10%”… but I feel i am taking a big pay cut and bonus Will have to wait another year. I counter offered $115k, because the initial offer was $105k, and the HR lady told me $110k is the final offer. Is it worth going to full time? Advice?

I am interviewing for a Sr. Program Manager role at Adobe. Glass door says ~252k. What a typical base would be? How does adobe feel in the market right now as far as layoffs and expansions?

I’ve got about 20 years cross channel experience in marketing, split between big brands and startups, and I’m considering pivoting into a data science/data analyst role. I got multiple offers around 8 -10 LPA from similar companies (infy, Wipro,..) and some small and mid sized companies including product based ones.

People are telling me to join big organization because of the upcoming recession.
What's your opinion? I like some small companies because of their culture and WLB.

Been struggling with my ADHD/depression more over the past few weeks than ever before. While that all sounded nice, it seemed like too much to leave 8 months in @ D for that when I’m up for early promo anyways, and there’s something to be said for growth at a company and not looking like a job hopper to the highest bidder. Any advice on how to manage court and covid. Here’s my reality- I practice in a state with mid-level spread, a prohibition on mask mandates (prohibited both statewide and for the courts), and hard to come by testing with huge result lags. I have a court heavy practice (I am in court daily, 3-6 hours a day). My fellow first/second year compatriots, how do you deal with paralegals who just assume you made mistakes (when perhaps you did things the right way) and they correct your “assumed” mistake and then go on at you for never informing them that it was a mistake. I feel like the paralegals just regularly fail to follow instructions and complicate matters, and are extremely rude all the time?
