Has anyone been in a position where they have been working on a case drafting all the pleadings, motions, and communicating with OC, but once your supervisor sees how much youve racked up in fees,tries to settle it before you can, so they can collect the commission/fees on it, instead of you. I’m incredibly annoyed because I’ve been practicing the same area of law for 4 years and my supervisor has been practicing for 8, but the previous 7 were in crim law. Her advice is usually unneeded/wrong

Got feedback after 6+ rounds of interviews that i didnt receive an offer for the job I was interviewing for, main reason being i seemed "low energy" which impacted my conversations/communication at times. I am not sure why if they picked this up after 2-3 rounds why they would have me continue on, but I am not sure how to take this. I asked a ton of questions and did a ton of research so I dont think I came off as unenthusiastic about the role/company, but any ideas on what else this means?
