I have an offer as Technical Manager in Mindtree India . I have about 14 years of experience in Java application development and mentoring and team leading. They said it is an onsite role with Mindtree Germany ( already done with client interview). My India salary is decent as per Indian market standards.Any idea how much will they offer me as Germany salary for the onsite role? Is it the same like other MNCs - TCS , Infosys, HCL,Wipro etc? Or how much I can ask? Mindtree

I am a business analyst and my joining date is Nov mid. What is the scenario for BAs out here in Nagarro ? Are there sufficient projects or are we just put into the pool for warming bench? If not, can a resource request for project specific interviews even before his joining date.
FYI, mine was generic hiring.

I have an offer from BCG gamma for Analyst - Predictive Analytics role.
The constant feedback in all interviews was "Long working hours ". VP said 12-13 hours is normal. It goes upto 15-16 sometimes.
Is it really this bad? If this is then how is it sustainable?
I have offers from firms that will surely not have this long hours. Should I drop BCG and join one of them?

Recently got a job offer from Audible Newark NJ location. How is the Newark location? Is it a safe place to work? I plan to live in Jersey City and commute by PATH. I am seeing conflicting opinions about itonline. Would really appreciate input from someone working in the area. Audible, Inc. Amazon
Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
What do you think?

I’ve signed NDA’s for interviews. For stealth/early startups, they usually require the NDA before the screen
Yes this is very normal. Just two quick points on this. The NDA should not extend past 3 or 5 years, there’s some reasonable maximum allowed not sure what that is. The second thing is, if you have an inclining to start your own version of whatever your interviewing for, just know even if rejected you can’t go start a version of that on your own. For example, if your interviewing a high-tech portable solar technology company and you thinking maybe you wanna launch one on your own in the next few months if nothing works out, your gonna be in a tough spot
I did it with Google twice.
I’ve signed NDA’s before!
I’ve had to do this before. Seems fairly common with tech.
Yea.
Yep! Current job had me sign an NDA before the full interviews. Couldn’t be happier!
I have not seen this myself. However, I would much prefer one be offered than have the recruiter and interviewer refuse to answer questions about the position and the business for confidentiality reasons. Few things are as disappointing as being told, "We can't tell you about [the thing you just asked] until you're on board."

I’ve signed several NDAs, mostly when applying to federal jobs or government contracting.
Does the job description say - "going on a date with a celebrity"?. You haven't signed the NDA yet, you can spill the beans ...lol.
Never had to but it makes sense. I know I've learned maybe a bit too much from competing companies just by interviewing and them not even being that interested in me. Someone could totally interview for a position just for reconnaissance reasons.
How enforceable are these NDAs? I can’t imagine an interview process would reveal much insider info
Some big companies don’t want you to share their interview questions, and write that in the NDA
Yes I have but not for first round, second or third round
