Has anyone been sent an NDA prior to even a phone screening with a company?? In all my years I’ve never had to sign an NDA just for an interview, mind you this was the first thing they sent. Should I be as weirded out as I am or this is just normal? 😂

I’m not sure I fully understand Amazons pay structure. I’m applying for a Sr. Customer Success manager role but the base is low. The sign on bonus may help and the go forward RSU’s…but it seems so unstable. What are the pros and cons of working with Amazon?

Has anyone interviewed / successfully exited to a Big Tech cloud provider (azure, AWS, google) targeting healthcare space? If so, where and what role?

If salary is not on here or Glassdoor or Salary, what’s a good way to gauge an estimate of the worth so I don’t waste my time? Getting back on the job hunt. I have a hard time knowing how much certain jobs are worth from descriptions and if I’m in the right ballpark for salary. I’ve turned down a couple interview requests bc I would tell them my range. I’ve also spent time on several jobs where the description didn’t match the value. They ended up being 20% less than others in the industry.

In EY india, we have technical interviews before client interview. If I clear the technical interview, what are the questions asked in the client round? I am a java backend developer. And client is a very reputed firm in investment banking area.

Any other HR Professionals tired of not being consider for a role just because you haven’t worked in a tech start up? Honestly, I don’t know if I will be a fit or not (nor do they) if they say no even before the hiring manager has spoken to me. There are so many HR openings in tech right now so saying no people that haven’t worked in tech doesn’t make sense to me. I know my worth so I have moved on when this happens, just curious to see if others have seen the same.

I’ve received an offer to be an OM at a startup but will also have EA duties. Frankly, over the course of the interviews, the job description has changed several times. It appears I would be expected to help 3 C-suite, the VP Operations, and some of the BizDev team (assuming I accept of course).

Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox. I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too).
