OP - this is a common challenge for folks that have only done consulting in their life (even partners)
Your options are the following
1. Spend some more time in consulting but focused heavily on tech. You can also take an executive course from a reputable program to add to this
2. Instead of framing your experience like a generalist, make the relevant experience to tech, pop. Talk to a few people that are in the roles you want and see what from your experience is relevant. If minimal overlap, that's likely an indication.
At the end of the day, corporate roles hire consultants that have domain expertise. Usually through a past job plus experience built in consulting. You need depth and breadth. Not just breadth, which is what a lot of consultants bring to the table.
Get onto M&A roles and work the GTM workstreams, like Product, sales, marketing, deal desk

Why are you having difficulty? Is it getting the resume seen? Is it interviews? Other?
My experience is irrelevant. I.e. they want someone with experience in cloud strategy though it is not stated in the job description. It also happens across the behavioral Qs - "tell me when you had to make a hard decision". My decisions are managerial, but they are looking for slightly technical or decisions with product and customer impact
Interview Qs are product centric. I.e. we are launching a change in FB ad videos, or we wanna get exclusive partnership with Spotify for Google Home...
