Do you ever feel like corp tech life is kind of meaningless? High stress, miss out on key family milestones for the price of $200k-$500k TC a year, and at the end you have like maybe $10M NW, a stress-related disease and a strained marriage, with kids whose college you paid for but don't hear from that often. 3. What are some some good benefits in PwC AC (monetary/non-monetary)
4. How much time does an associate 2 take to get promoted to senior associate?
5. Are there on-site traveling opportunities? And is it only to US or European countries as well?

Is it worth to move laterally from one midsized accounting firm to another midsized firm for higher pay?

Have you ever met someone where you both have the same mutual friends and have great friendships with those friends but you two just don’t seem to click? I’m experiencing that with someone I recently have tried to build a closer friendship with and we just really don’t seem to be on the same wavelength. We both hangout in the same friend group often but I don’t think we could ever hangout alone. Is that something that can change eventually or is it just a personalities thing?

Fellow P&T Directors - here’s a thread for us to discuss what we are hearing/not hearing with regards to PCLDE and the making of new partners in P&T.

On every call, we hear Joe talk about making new Partners and his commitment. I have yet to see any of those ‘commitments’ be reflected in actions or explanations. (eg. No senior directors from commercial GTM going into PCLDE this year …) What?

Do they really think we’re going to ‘stick around’ until they ‘figure it out’ …
