Has anyone changed their mind on delaying their mba because of the current COVID situation? It feels somewhat irresponsible to leave a good paying job for an uncertain economy. Sigh...

I’m delaying it. I had planned to apply this year, but pushing it to next year with hopes of matriculating in 2022. I have a good paying tech job, so definitely don’t want to leave it knowing that the next 2 years are uncertain.

I still plan on applying in the fall for 2021 admissions, but it freaks me out a little. I know this is a long term investment but not sure how to mentally tell myself ieverything is going to be alright in 2+ years.

If WFH you can just do it online and work still no?

I want the in person experience. But lately, evening/ weekend programs have crossed my mind.

Fall 2021 will be extremely competitive!

Fall 2020 apps for fall 2021 matriculation will be extremely competitive for the reasons listed above (having said that, I’m still applying this fall)

I need some advice please. I made it to the final round of interviews for a Product Owner position. Since I’ve been dealing with rejection for almost two years of getting into Product does anyone have any tips to ace the interview? Also my goal is PM. Do you think a move from PO to PM is obtainable? I’ve done some research and according to Marty Cagan the PO & PM should be one individual. To this end is the PO position seen as redundant? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Anyone have any idea when the hiring freeze might end within AWS ProServ? I’m currently at Amazon and have a TS clearance, PMP & CSM. I come from a Big4 consulting firm with a background in Enterprise Performance. I’ll be honest and say I’m not feeling very safe in my current role with the ongoing layoffs. Instead of leaving, I’d love to go back to my “consulting roots” and join the ProServ team. I’m taking my AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner exam next weekend. Hoping this freeze is lifted soon.

I have been looking at the curriculums for Harvard Business School's Master of Business Administration and Harvard Extension School's ALM in Management.
