Interviewing for Manager role there so far I haven’t be able to get many details;however, it’s full of former consultants
I’ve gotten to final interviews with them three times over the years, most recently got rejected after first interview. It’s the only place I’ve gotten to final and not gotten an offer. I honestly have no idea wtf I’m doing wrong.
To your question - the handful of people I know working there are the stuffiest least fun people I’ve ever worked with, for whatever that’s worth.

I interviewed with them about 18 months ago and got an offer, which was sh*t, so didn't take it. People I'd interviewed with were not remarkable in any way, good or bad.

It seems like working at Schwab is pretty average. Nothing particularly good or bad, just a standard corporation. No super clear career path in favor of internal moves. People seem nice. Slow moving (role has been open for months). Boss would be a former consultant, which aligns with a previous comment.
Does the above resemble what others think or have heard?
