My boyfriend is an amazing person, so patient and understanding. But sometimes I can’t help my emotions and tend to cry every now and then. I’m afraid he’ll get annoyed at some point and I’ll push him away.

I’ve been doing rev cycle consulting for a little under 2 years & I just know it’s not for me. I have an MHA and am more interested in management and operations in a hospital/clinical setting. I don’t want to pursue a career in rev cycle, and am hoping to find my way to some sort of operations, patient experience, or general departmental management position in a hospital. I think the hardest part is figuring out what type of “entry level” position is the right start. Any advice is appreciated!

I haven't used deodorant in 15 years. Why? I think that the slight smell of sweat (if it comes to that) is better than the noticeable smell of deodorant. I also think that in case of any smell, the solution is to shower. Also, deodorants are not well regulated, so I don't feel like applying them to my skin for hours every day. For context (since some may immediately assume I'm an ogre), I'm a 35 y/o athletic guy in biglaw with a wife and kids.

I work for a small PI firm in the NH. I’m paid salary and receive an annual bonus at the end of the year. The bonus is at the discretion of the 4 partners and there’s no set formula to calculate the amount. I have already brought in over $500k in fees for the year. I want to start receiving a commission on the cases I settle or receive judgement. I also want to be reasonable when I propose the percentage to the partners. So I’m looking for the “going rate” on commissions. Thank you.
