Has anyone created a USCIS account to track the status of applications filed by employers on your behalf? Do cases get added automatically when they are filed or do they need to be added manually? I just search manually using the receipt numbers as I get them. Any added advantage of creating the account.

How long does it usually take for a law firm to prepare the H1B transfer petition after receiving all documents? My law firm said it would take 4-5 weeks. Is this the normal processing time for preparing the H1B transfer petition (time taken before sending the petition to USCIS?

H1B transfer timeline - i am changing jobs from one big 4 to another. Can i start with receipt notice? Anyone has any idea how long does it take to get approved now, without PP?

Any news on EB1c premium processing rule being implemented by USCIS soon? Seems like the law was passed in Sept 2020 to expand premium processing to EB1c but USCIS has still not enacted it. Any word on when/if they will. I am kn L1A and lawyers are currently preparing i140/i485/Adv Parole to be filed in the next 5-6 weeks hopefully.
