Never dip your pen in company ink son!
Too late 🤷🏽♂️
Two people from my group got married and just had a baby. Just follow the HR procedures
OP, if you’re going to do it, even on different teams, just understand what you’re getting yourself into. I fell in love with someone on a different team and we broke up and now the thought of going into the office and seeing her breaks my heart. That being said, I’d do it again in a second. If you think it’s worth it, go for it. Most people don’t stay at the same firm for long anyways
🥺🥺🥺
Dated my now husband for four years from 2007-2011 before getting married. We just made sure we were never on the same project and kept it super secret until we knew it was serious.
When you spend most of your time at work, you are bound to connect with someone a whole lot more than others. If it’s a romantic one, make sure you see on different teams and there is no perceived conflict of interest. I’ve been with my significant other for 20 years now. Still the same firm and different teams.
I dated someone at work. It was brief, but we were both mature and professional about it when it ended.
Never get your honey where you get your money
Or that
I married my co worker. Reach out to HR and it isn’t a big deal. Happens more than you think!
Follow HR procedures and you will be fine. I found my wife at work.
Along a similar vein, I dated someone in my MBA program then we moved to the same city. We split due to irreconcilable difference like the fact that I liked to not lie and she really really liked to lie. Long story short: don’t lol
just because one girl lied to you doesn’t make all girls the same
I've been dating a coworker for a year- best relationship I've ever been in. We're on different teams so not too hard to keep work separate. We just try to not tell anyone at work about it, but it's nice being able to see each other during lunch, leave together etc. Wouldn't trade it for the world.
All situations and people are different so it’s not black and white. Perhaps the fact the you’re asking here means you know what’s right in this situation...
