I’m concerned about the surge in omicron. I packed everything, just in case. Q2 is ending, a new quarter is starting. We get new kids each quarter as a Specials teacher.
It’s stressful at quarter changeovers.
In going back after break, it’s too much of a contrast. I cannot sleep, I wake up in the middle of the night, “for the day”, about 6 nights a week. To stay structured, I go to “Surrender yoga” daily. I’m good to go do 1 more thing after yoga. I feel accomplished. Couching causes anxiety.
Tell your counselor only. Book the time in your schedule as an external meeting so you don't get scheduled on calls or ppl looking for you at this time. I had weekly therapies for a period of 3 months and my counselor was really supportive but there is a catch ... During busy season I reduced the frequency of the appts as there is no breathing time when all has to be done by the deadline.
Explain that you have a weekly "personal" appointment.
I've done this before but only told one person cu I was comfortable. Anyone else doesn't need to know my business. Can u do morning or lunch
nope dont tell. it could be physical therapy for all they know. if someone raises an issue then maybe yes
