The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google

Hello! I’m currently an Associate Project Manager and want to stay in this career path. I’m managing small to medium projects right now for a tech marketing team which is fun and I’m learning so much. I’d like to move up to the next level. Had a conversation w/ my manager and director but they said just keep doing what I’m doing. Hoping to get some advice here of what else I can be doing to get promoted. I’ve been in this role for 2 years. Thanks in advance!
Where does everyone look for jobs
I’m wondering if your agency or in-house agency would have a need for an on-demand or freelance creative operations lead. Sometimes teams are going through extreme growth or need efficiencies to help evolve the team. Is this a pain point in the industry or with your team?

Please help me understand if I should accept this position or not?
I was working as a regular staff therapist for 2 years at an assisted living when just 2 weeks back the HR approached me with an offer to work at a newly opened senior living, so basically I will helping them set up that location from scratch, open it and get it running. For doing all this they have not even clearly offered me a promotion, raise or a change in position. What should I do?
I was just offered an RN II position at Stanford Hospital’s B3 unit for $84/hour. Are there any RNs out there who can tell me what it’s like working on the unit and if it’s worth leaving my job for? I love my current job, my schedule and the people. I have no problems with it except that it’s 1.5 hours away from my family and it pays $25/hour less than Stanford.
Also, do you think it’s too late to ask if I can visit the unit before I make my decision? Thanks in advance.

I have been in health care for over 20 years. I started a new job last year and noticed that for various reasons, such as late submissions, the company will change my agreed-upon pay. So far they are close to 2000 less than if they paid the amount promised. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this legal? Is there someone who can help me out?

Is it ok to apply to multiple positions at the same company when searching for a new job?
I am so conflicted and not sure what to do. A company I wanted to work for was not ready for hire when I first reached out in Sept. Since then I have accepted a job at a outpatient oncology clinic, starting in Jan at a renowned hosp. Having said that the other company does more of what I was hoping to do when I left my previous job. The company is a vessel for new ideas in healthcare helping their community specifically with seed funding, & launching their own programs. I have no idea what to do

Hello, I am looking for a job change. Preferred position Clinical data Manager/ lead data manager. Any leads would be helpful
Job base salary presented by HR during screening interview was $130-$145k. I have 3-5 years more experience and more education compared to the posting requirements (BA required, I have a MS). I love the position and what it entails, but was hoping to reach $150-$160 base salary. If offered the position, is this a reasonable ask? This is for big pharma, data analytics in New England.
I hate posting this, but I’m close to the point of desperation. After 2 decades of serving the community, our lil’ Imaging center closed it’s doors without notice, leaving me Unemployed. I’ve applied to a host of Medical (and non-medical) jobs for months and nothing but denials and my Unemployment is about to end within a month.
If you’re aware of any organization /open role of any kind needing a great employee, I’m interested, even if Non-Sonography related. Thanks bowlers!

I have not but I am curious if they gave you a range? If not that is a red flag because most positions have a pay range and candidates are compensated based on their qualifications etc. Are you still considering taking the job? I would look up how to negotiate your salary and make sure you get the best pay possible. If not I would always ask an interviewer what the pay range is.
Sorry so long it was definitely an experience. And in the medical system as well. I am proud of myself. This was my first time negotiating. Felt good knowing I now know my worth. Definitely open to ideas to seal the deal.
No range, just the typical “ here is your hourly pay”. Here is the kicker I applied and interviewed for a supervisor position. The hourly pay was NOT a supervisor. The onboarding letter wasn’t the position i applied for neither. I asked if there was any confusion? Onboarding responded with “ the position you applied for is Closed” 🙆🏾♀️ I went to my application profile on the company site screenshot replied. States the position I applied was well and Active. I proceeded to negotiate upon salary not hourly. Did the whole gratitude sandwich bit. She says she will call back. Calls back and says “ 😬😐 here’s the thing…apparently I’m the middle man. The person who interviewed is actually filling that position. But They will pull a position together around her duties. We really want you on the team they interview was phenomenal you have all the qualifications plus more but only have the non supervisor roll you never applied for available” I told them I couldn’t accept, it’s a pay cut. Went in for the last negotiable range. Didn’t budge bid it ado. She ends the call with “ I am so sorry we put a bad taste in your mouth. May we keep your info in case a job falls in line with your interests in mind?” 😑🙄 Yeah sure. 😒
