Considering a move to NTT Data in a healthcare consulting role. Mixed reviews in the bowls. Major concerns are bench policy, staff aug roles, 2 week PTO, and high turnover due to job dissatisfaction. Recruiter and mgr had great things to say around growth and opportunity, which doesn’t align with feedback from the bowls or Glassdoor. Understanding things have changed there in the last few months, I need un-biased advice from fellow fish who have recently joined or can speak to recent changes

Any suggestions on what I should be asking during my upcoming review? 2nd year Corp associate who feels like they have made very little progress professionally during my first year. Firm has pushed me around into nearly every practice group to plug gaps so I feel like I am behind knowledge wise (not much cross over between AM and M&A skill wise IMO) and also that I’m being invested in less due to being unable to stick with a group longer than two or three months.

I hate corporate and consulting. But stuck in the trap of it being able to pay my bills. In all honesty is there no way out?

If you go to a wedding and the reception is three hours after the ceremony and in a different location, is it weird to wear a different dress to each? The reception is at the hotel we’re staying at so it would be super easy to change in between. The ceremony is also middle of day July in California so I could see wearing a short dress for that but then long dress for indoor reception later that night. Thoughts? I’m a “regular” guest, not bridal party or family or anything
