Solid companies in the EU that hire entry level product managers from an MBA? I have a finance background in a tech start up, and I’m polishing my Python and SQL skills. Visited a few tech companies in Amsterdam (Booking.com, TomTom, etc) and I was wondering if there are any well known opportunities or programs.

I did exactly this. After almost 6 years on h1b and i140 approved, I quit to go to business school. I did a change of status to F1. When I graduated I did a change of status back to H1B. Cuz I am indian, my priority date is no where in sight to be current. Hope that helps. One of other friends did the same thing.
I’m in the same boat. My PERM is under process, and would like to consider Full-Time MBA.
Would you like to share your experience from H1-B to F1 on approved I-140 ?

These are some of the links I had saved when I was researching a similar question. I personally didn’t study after I140 approval. All of the above may be helpful to you. Good luck.
I’m in the same boat now, PERM is ongoing and would like to know if we are permitted to pursue Full-Time MBA after I-140 approval ?
I also hired a lawyer to do so. Immigration intent establishment is a grey area for us indians on h1b waiting to be current on priority and was easily able to get the COS. I didnt leave the country throughout b school though which was slightly painful. This was all pre trump though. Just a caveat
