Has anyone done full time study (eg MBA) after getting i140 approval? Did you do a change of status to F1 and never left the US or were able to get an F1 stamp? Seems like getting an F1 stamp is unlikely given immigration intent has been established and change of status might get denied as well

I signed an offer today!! So happy!!! But also scared by all the LinkedIn posts of offers being rescinded.
The company has a good rating on Glassdoor, so hopefully they’re not ruthless like those companies that did such heart wrenching thing.

Pwc GC policy question- I am an SA but my I140 was filed for Manager title.
