We were not trying to conceive. And I was drinking alcohol like twice a week.

How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Some of us have reached out to HR and we’re told to discuss it with the regional director, but the regional director says we’d have to come in early or leave late to block out a lunch break. My commute is an hour each way, so I’d prefer not to make my day any longer. Advice?

How predictable is IVF vs conceiving naturally? Would we theoretically have more control in a sense of getting pregnant exactly when we want to (give or take a few months) by having frozen egg/embryo ready to go in advance? Trying to plan around a very strict residency timeline is tough

I am embarking on egg freezing soon and I got some unpleasant news today after a scan. I had a scan 2 months ago and my follicle count was slightly low then. I am on my second IUI attempt - I have PCOS and this time the ultrasound found no mature follicles after five days on letrozole. My RE is “stair stepping” the letrozole - moving to 5 mg immediately - in order to force ovulation. Has anyone experienced this? Taking letrozole mid-cycle?

Okay, so I have pretty bad cystic acne, clogged pores and enlarged pores. I’ve been using curology and a mild dermatologist recommended soap.
