I really need some help. I’ve been obsessively over eating. And it’s not that it’s not mindful eating or out of boredom but I actually feel so hungry! It’s been happening the past few months and I’ve gained weight.. about 20-30lbs. I still workout btw. I need something to decrease my appetite and reduce my hunger. Any suggestions? I have no idea what’s going on with my body lately. Has this happened to anyone?

I’m a guy in my mid thirties, have an oily scalp but also trying to slow down hair loss (lowering density at the top and receding hairline). On one hand I feel like washing my hair everyday keeps my scalp clean so the oil doesn’t block follicles from growing, but on the other hand I also hear washing it daily is bad for your hair so conflicted on what to do in my situation. Thoughts?

For the last 4 months, I’ve been pseudo-reverse dieting (RD) to increase metabolism and stop feeling like I was starving. I say pseudo as I didn’t gradually increase calories. I’ve been dieting 24/7 for a decade, developing a poor relationship w/food and to lose weight, I had to go through extreme measures like OMAD to see results the past 2 yrs. After failing to change my fitness habits multiple times, I finally decided to implement the Atomic Habits approach of making one small change at a time. For now, I am going to focus on my diet to get into the habit of eating a few portions of veggies each day. When should I introduce the next change? And ideas for incremental changes to introduce?
