My problem is that I’ll pour a bourbon at 5pm and not sip it once until like 10pm when I’m done with work for the day. Tonight I poured a glass of Cabernet at 5 and still haven’t sipped it and it’s 7:30.

Help! I’m reviewing a contract for a new (in-house, freelance) design gig, and I don’t love these terms:
1) Non-compete for 2 years for same industry
2) Must have liability insurance for up to 2 million while there (didn’t know this existed honestly)
3) Must give 30 day notice if leaving (I’m fine with 2 weeks…but 30 days?!)
…Any advice on how to best negotiate any of these? Are they standard?
