How old are you? Curious because on BCP and getting a period out of no where. Might be other health issues
26. I mean I got it like a day before the 4th week so it shooould be okay in terms of timing but I’m more concerned that it’s been a week and doesn’t look like it’s lightening up when normally my period only lasts 3-5 days
Yes! Many times. Also experienced delayed period, and back in full force when back. Also happened to me around big exams or events. Travel is a stress on the body, so I think our body ‘postpones’ additional stress until circumstances are better. Happens to me very frequently. Funny enough I don’t find travel stressful at all and I enjoy it, but clearly my body thinks otherwise.

Same here, stress has a huge effect. Also syncing if you are working with a lot of women all day long. I used to work on weekends with people with special needs and some genetic conditions have associated hormonal imbalances. They were all on the pill on the same schedule and it could humble up mine.
