Has anyone else gone through several Merck interviews just to be ghosted?

I am a Unit Coordinator and I enjoyed what I was doing so much I took the time and spent the money to get certified. I was later told congratulations but my certification wouldn’t come with a pay increase, over the last couple months I spotted a new HUC position for a department I’ve been dying to get into for a while now and recently interviewed for the job. I just wondered what is a reasonable salary request if the question gets risen? I should also mention I have my BA and 1+ experience.

I am interviewing at Adobe for a HR Generalist Contract position and when they asked me what my pay expectations are, I asked them what their pay range and expectations were for this role. They let me know they were unable to tell me, yet still wanted me to give an answer. Do you believe that’s fair? How should I bring up pay expectations in my next round of interviews to ensure I am aware of what this position is offering so I don’t lowball or overshoot myself?

I have 2.5 years experience and have a $120k base salary right now. I have an interview tomorrow with a boutique firm that reached out to me on LinkedIn. What should I say if asked about salary requirements for the role? Don’t want to scare them away before they have a chance to assess my fit considering I’m fairly well paid for my YOE now.

Hi recently I gave my interview with Deloitte. I cleared all the rounds and it's been waiting for approval since a month and suddenly the candidate status on job application got changed to Offer. When I reached out to HR about the same they said that all my interview process are completed and still they are pending on approval whether to go for offer.

Hi, I recently got an offer at GM as an entry level software developer with a base salary of 65k. Since it is the lowest offer in my bundle and I want to work at GM, I sent emails attempting to negotiate my salary. I first emailed my recruiter about 2 weeks ago and still no response. I emailed the 2nd recruiter and I got one reply but not any answers to my requests. Lastly, I emailed the person who set up the interview 2 days ago. I don’t know if they went back on the offer? Hello, patient services representative here. I had moved hospital patient registration to the clinic so I can get benefits. I took a $6 dollar pay cut although I do work from home. I’m pretty knowledgeable on insurance and have a good understanding of how things work. I get paid about $21/hr and it’s just not enough money. I making ends meet working 80 hours a week. I received an email today from recruiter asking for a phone interview which I’m so happy to hear from but I applied about a month ago. I moved on and applied internally for a different role as a transfer. This new role is a promotion and my start date is next week. I immediately responded back to the recruiter and agreed to the phone interview for tomorrow 5/4…. Do I mention any of the above to them?
