Has anyone moved from Accenture Federal to CGI Federal at Manager/Senior Manager level? Looking at Strategy/Organizational Change Management roles, and curious to know if you feel that compensation and benefits were worth it when measured against your actual experience once you started working with CGI. (I understand that some of it depends on the account you're on, the team you have, etc., just trying to decide if it's worth considering.) Thanks!

Agree with BAH 1. Having a Clearancejobs profile while working in the fed space isn’t much different than having a LinkedIn profile. Your Director was out of line.

That’s none of his business. I would start looking for another job if I were you, awful manager
Well wait. He may have asked to find out why you would consider leaving and what he needs to do to ensure you are happy enough to stay. Cleared resources are difficult to find and keep right now...there just aren't enough to go around. It would be a poor choice on his end to engage inappropriately. He may be fearful of you leaving which would threaten his revenue. Now his tone and approach may be wrong if he was being aggressive but be sure his concerns are around the success of his work because it impacts his performance.
Thank you for the contrary opinion to the other posters. Would it have been a good idea to request a pay bump or other benefits that would’ve motivated me to stay? If someone is going to play hardball with me, what should my response have been? I essentially let him walk all over me as I didn’t have any options lined up and felt vulnerable.
Holy shit. I did that too lol
His “explanation” also included saying that our recruiters have premium level memberships on these sites and if they see something, it’s going up the chain.
