I joined EY recently as senior manager, I am thinking to switch in probation period due to following reasons:
1. HR offered me lower than market standard citing my previous ctc.
2. Not eligible for current cycle appraisal or bonus
3. Unrealistic expectations of knowing internal tools and processes without any onboarding trainings..
4. 80-85% non technical responsibilities
Anyone in my shoes faced similar issues and does it change over time?

Yup. I'm not necessarily looking for a move but this checked a lot of boxes for me. I'd almost double pay as well - 115k OTE to about 190k OTE on the lower range of the comp she's considering.
The big negative is that they're a pre Series A startup which is always scary... But potentially lucrative if I can help them grow.
Sounds promising. The way I see it, if there is nothing in your contract that prohibits it, I think it's worth a shot. Yes, Series A is a drawback...but there's no guarantee you'll land the role.
