Has anyone ever been asked to take a CCAT test for a job - prior to an interview, or even a phone call discussing the role/opportunity? It's like a mini SAT test, and I'm like wtf is this and why am I being asked to take this?! It's for a startup, but the role is creative, so I'm super confused and extremely turned off by the company.

When has an SAT ever determined someones creative abilities?! Decline. Mention my work speaks for itself and standardized tests are not reflective of my abilities.
Cringe. But inhouse tends to do dumb corporate stuff like this. I’d love to work at Draftline (InBev) but that application process is trite.
