I was laid off and switching from H1b to H4. My H4 app is still in pending status. If i would like to have Driver License, can I use the old i797 of H1b or have to wait until H4 is approved ( which may take a year)?

Does the Indian Side of org, suffers equally when there's mass layoff from some good organizations?

I have cleared the TP1 & TP2 round of React JS interview in HCL. But there is no reply from the Hr department. I called HR & she told me that it is pending from CHRO i.e. They are waiting for Approval after that they will release the offer letter. Please help me fishy to clear my doubts.

Has anyone found anything to help with crushing morning anxiety? No matter how much I accomplish the day prior, even if there are no pressing crises, I wake up every day with brutal anxiety. It settles down by lunch. Maybe I just need to get up earlier instead of sending out the first couple “will dos” from bed.

Senior associate gets annoyed when I don’t just accept track changes and send documents off to the client right away, but they also make a lot of typos so I try to take an extra 15min to double check everything before I send. Thoughts on how to navigate this?
