Has anyone ever been on a project where you have to do all your work in TEAMS?

Hi all, when are the best and worst times to look for new projects in the year in federal? So f…ing tired of padding bills. I’m an inhouse lawyer often working with biglaw. On a cost-sensitive project we’re working on, we agreed on a max cost limit. Initial 30m meeting with partner and sr associate, jr associate comes in. I instruct them to limit inititial work to half-3/4 day of research and putting thoughts down to the paper. We received a 10p legal memo without further discussions. First bill: Limit maxed Junior associate billed 50h Partner billed 1h for 30m meeting Crazy!!

Bad news, my HR told that increment letters are not coming this week, it would be end of May, due to some issues they had to push it, dont understand what on earth they are doing, imagine if we pushed project deadlines like this🤣
