Pros and cons doing a HDHP with HSA vs. regular PPO? Cost wise, I’m spending $18/month on the PPO and $20 copays per visit (I only usually do my physical and maybe 1-2 specialist visits). With the HDHP, I’d pay $0/month, would have to pay for each appointment given after $3000 deductible, but my company contributes $900 to my HSA. It estimates I’d pay $90/yr with the HDHP as I’d use the $900 to cover the costs vs. $345 with the PPO. I always see HSA emphasized here so confused what route to go

What are ways you have overcome money anxiety? By all means my wife and I along with our child are relatively well off, but I can’t help but feel anxious about money. Currently in business school and running low on funds. I’d love to limit taking out interest bearing loans, so I’m wondering if anyone has any good 0% introductory credit cards they’d recommend? Just graduated from law school and started as an attorney making 205k. I have about 150k in student loans, but all payments, interest are frozen Bc Covid. Parents are trying to get me to buy a house (potentially multifam to live in and rent out other spaces), but I’m not sure if it makes sense to do so given that I still have loan debt. Does it make sense to max your 401k contributions and not save in a taxable/savings account? I see a lot of people in this bowl with similar salaries to me ($110k) and max their 401k so just wondering if I’m just missing something. I max out my roth and hsa, have an emergency fund, and make post tax 401k contributions but wouldn’t be able to put aside anything for a down payment/vacation if I were to max my 401k.
