Has anyone ever exited to FAANG/Big Tech after just a couple years of experience? Just curious if it's possible to do so or if that's why everyone tried for an MBA or MBB first because they don't accept anyone without that caliber of experience.

General accounting experience license versus license with authority to sign attest reports (California). Does this mean the attest license is only necessary if you want to stay in public accounting?

Hello, I have 4 years of experience between Financial decision support and pricing. However, I feel like my experience is too narrowed to how my current company operates. I am looking to pivot into consulting at one of the big4 ( for ~2-3 years)or any other consulting firm to have a well rounded experience that could be applicable to any industry. Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? That will never happen!!!

Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time. Outwardly, I don’t seem stressed so no one notices but actually I usually feel like I have a cold: fatigue, headache, sore throat, sinus infection. When a task is done, i stop feeling like crap. It’s been like this since law school. Any tips on managing stress or moving towards doing good work without my body shutting down lol?
