Prozac may be making it worse. You may need an atypical antipsychotic or mood stabilizer instead of SSRI. Speaking from experience

Talk to your psychiatrist today and tell him/her everything. Do not wait. They will help you. This can get out of hand fast if it is indeed psychosis. I ended up with the cops and in the hospital.
