Hi Sharks,
My technical interview with PwC went good and the very next day i got confirmation that I cleared the round and next round will be scheduled. But its been 3 weeks no communication i left my hope. And suddenly i got a call from HR and she asked for CCTC, ECTC, LWD all and said client round will be there. Now again its been an week.
Is it normal process or it’s getting delayed for me?
Should i move on?
It is a terrible state. I am appalled at the manner recruitment is being conducted and the background verification is being done. I understand no company would like to recruit someone who has a fake certificate of experience. But what about the lack of understanding the recruiters have for any particular field. Sometimes the company relies on incompetent internal team who tend to reject candidates as they are unable to understand the expertise of a candidate. I feel sorry for you Accenture.

I'm an accountant so you may find this completely unhelpful.
When I am asked something I do not know in the interview, I pause thoughtfully, then if I have nothing I say "I think this might be handled by doing x, but I would consult (relevant sources, colleagues, case law, whatever) and then make a determination on how to proceed*
Nobody knows everything. Be personable and honest and if its meant to be you'll get the gig.
A common mistake interviewees make is answering right away. Although that is highly appreciated, you can actually take your time (possibly max of 10 seconds, depends upon the interviewer) before answering to provide a thoughtful answer.
You can look up strategies in answering interview questions like the STAR or CARL formula. If it's technical questions getting you stumped, time to hit the books and study.
