If you don’t have a criminal record or financial disclosure, you should be fine. If your emoluments dates don’t match up 100%, they will just ask you because it’s usually an honest mistake since most of us don’t remember exact dates we worked places.
You are fine. They aren’t doing just your check, probably a backlog on their end slowing them down. I know people who started working and had their background check end two-three months after that. All good
At our company, those that fail have lied about their education.
After working for a company for a month, they got my drug test results back and claimed I failed it. My doctor confirmed the prescription in my system but I lost the job and I am still waiting to get paid from that employer. I don't do drugs either. I take meds daily for an illness. Smh

The only issue my friends have had was in regards to DUIs. I dunno if that's an issue for you? Some background checks were deep enough to uncover them and others weren't. Usually they would just disclose it to save themselves any issues.
