Been through my 5th on-demand video interview, and it's it's terrible again. I can't seem to become friends with this on-demand video interviews and I'm loosing my confidence. More and more companies are using this to screen out individuals and I can't to seem to get this right. I have cleared CTS interview & received offer letter. In my first company, i was trainee and not eligible for pf & form 16

In bgv, if there is no pf & form 16, i need to submit HR confirmation mail.

I have contacted that company HR, he told that organisation has restrictions to send mail to outside, so he can't send mail confirmation, but he was ready to give any confirmation via call.

I mentioned the same in CTS bgv oneCognizant , but they are rejecting.

I received an offer from Deloitte in d UK (city A). The main reason my offer was from city A is that out of all the locations I applied for, it was d first location to pick up my application.
