EY story :- HR Call me and scheduled my interview for 14LPA. My interview went well and they reject me after L2 round. When I asked hr regarding why they reject me he told me higher CTC expectations. Now HR wants me to join in 10 LPA. But I already have offer from Mindtree for 14 LPA. EY hr knows about it but still they are playing game. I don't know why they waste my time. 🥺
Any tips for ACN skills interview?

Tried it many times in the past, zero traction.
Can't hurt and if you have premium you can reach out to the recruiter also
Concerned that my app isn’t even looked at since I’ve never gotten that notification except that one time and these jobs already have 200-500+ applicants.
It works, got my current job from it...but it's also a crap shoot. For the most part you won't see this option for the more sophisticated firms.
Yeah I see it usually for start ups or smaller companies that don’t have a careers section on their website....anyway to improve chances of being seen seen?
Yep I’ve gotten a few, some VC firms and also LinkedIn lol
Do you need a lot of info in your LinkedIn profile for this to work? I have a brief description (few sentences) at the top and then my various different positions listed out under work experience as well as education. I’ve heard positive things from recruiters about my actual resume but I don’t think the LinkedIn one would stand out due to the lack of detail.
I’ve talked to our recruiters that use the feature. It’s very very AI based. You likely won’t get looked at unless you match all of the skills perfectly
It’s a combination of skills and content, they’ll use the skills you have as an initial filter and then usually review your actual profile afterwards
This makes sense. I’m using custom resumes, not a pdf version of my profile, to hopefully be a better fit since it’s not realistic to tailor my whole linkedin every time.
