Has anyone ever gotten cosmetic surgery while working at the firm? If so, did you use your vacation hours or get a doctors note?

I am on PTO this week and my manager keeps Slacking, texting and emailing me asking questions that I believe can wait until next next week. She has also asked me to take a minute and send a quote. I am trying to do better and when I take PTO I’m focused on really taking time off and spending time with my family. Any suggestions on how to handle this?
